Our Approach

Our approach is to save our clients' time delivering the best candidates in the shortest period of time.  This is rooted in our understanding of the fact that in conditions of increasing competition and fastening business processes time is a very valuable resource.

We save our clients' time by interviewing majority of candidates over telephone and consequently in person, and introducing only those of them who in our opinion are the best fit to the client's requirements.

Usually, after a series of interviews we introduce only 3 to 5 selected candidates for every vacancy depending on terms and complexity of the assignment.

We work to introduce selected candidates as fast as possible, in other words, during few business days from the date of the receipt of the assignment.
